Welcome! The ABA Coalition on Racial and Ethnic Justice (Council) addresses issues related to racial and ethnic bias in the justice system. It serves as a means to develop partnerships and eliminate bias in the justice system. Its focus is on social justice issues, based on the concepts of human rights and equality.

The key initiatives of the Coalition include:

  • Election Protection Project
  • Overrepresentation of Juveniles of Color in the Juvenile Justice System
  • Restoring Justice and Equity during Disasters
