The American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice and Finnegan will host a panel discussion exploring the impact of the recent decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Cushman v. Shinseki.

The panel will discuss the Cushman decision; a subsequent Federal Circuit decision in Edwards v.
