Attention Event Promoters! Once you’ve fulfilled the terms below, please complete the Event Promoter Marketing Report by February 26, 2010, and submit it to Mary Beth Thede.

ABA TECHSHOW^® 2010 Event Promoters

ABA TECHSHOW is offering large bar associations an opportunity to extend a benefit to your members, and ask your help to promote this conference. You can show your members your commitment to expanding their knowledge of legal technology by becoming an Event Promoter (EP).

In return for promoting ABA TECHSHOW, members of participating event promoters automatically receive a discount off the standard registration fee. Members receive an additional $150 off the discounted price by registering before February 19 to receive the early bird discount. Additionally, all event promoters will receive logo recognition on the conference Web site and in the on-site Program Guide as well as receive up to two complimentary registrations into ABA TECHSHOW.

Event Promoters are expected to:

• Apply to become an EP and provide an organizational logo through the link at the bottom of the page.
• Promote ABA TECHSHOW at least three of the following ways:
• Place ABA TECHSHOW on your events calendar.
• Place a Web banner linked to the conference (www.techshow.com) on your homepage in a prominent location.
• Send an e-mail focused on the conference to your members during any of these five months: October, November, December, January or February.
• Place an ad for ABA TECHSHOW in your major membership publication during any of these five months: October, November, December, January or February.
• Place stories about the benefits of ABA TECHSHOW in publications, your newsletter, or on your Web site.
• Include your unique EP Code on all forms of promotion to ensure your members receive the best registration rate. EP Codes help conference organizers identify the number of registrants from bar associations.
• Once completed, fill out a brief marketing report and send screenshots/copies of your promotional efforts to Mary Beth Thede.

ABA TECHSHOW is expected to:

• Provide a unique EP Code identifying your members for the best registration rate. Participating organizations can request a unique registration form with your logo to distribute and better identify your members.
• Supply appropriate advertising materials and copy through the Media Page, which you can access at your convenience.
• List your organization logo as an ABA TECHSHOW Event Promoter on the conference Web site and in the on-site Program Guide given to all attendees.
• Provide one individual of your choosing with free registration to ABA TECHSHOW when your organization completes the marketing report. Provide an additional individual of your choosing with free registration once seven of your members have registered.
