MCLE Accreditation will be requested for this program from every state (including California and Pennsylvania) with mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) requirements for lawyers. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including whether it will grant CLE credit for certain topics. Certificates of attendance will be available at the conclusion of the program for both attendees and speakers. Q: What forms do I need to gain credit?

A: A "Uniform Certificate of Attendance" along with a "How to Get the Most MCLE Credit" form will give all processing directions.

Q: Do I have to sign in and out for every session?

A: Unless you are a New York or Delaware attorney, you only need to sign in once for the entire conference.

Q: Can I purchase the program materials?

A: Yes, program materials will be available for sale. You can order the flash drive if you are unable to attend, or order post-conference

Q: Are attorneys (seeking to obtain MCLE credit) required to pay accreditation fees?

A: PA attorneys are required to pay state accreditation fees directly to the Pennsylvania CLE Board (PACLE).
