Package Plan Shipping Error
Due to an error when I was transmitting the Package Plan order the Guaranteed Package Plan libraries will receive a duplicate book shipment for October. I have sent out return labels. If you do not receive a return label, please contact me for a return label at packageplan@abanet.org to return the duplicate titles. The 2008 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments (503-0528) was included in the March 2009 Package Plan mailing.
The 2007 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments (503-0519) was included in the April 2008 Package Plan.
I get a lot of questions because libraries think they missed the 2006 Annual Review. There is no 2006 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments. The Annual Reviews come out for 4 years in a row and then roll up into the casebound edition of Antitrust Law Developments.
Antitrust Law Developments, 6th edition (503-0508) was included in the April 2007 Package Plan. The Annual Reviews will come out for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. 10/6/2009
"ATM and Debit Cards: A Guide to Legal Issues" is no longer in production and will not be released by the ABA.

If you would like to sign up for standing order for these titles please complete the forms linked next to the image of the book.
The standing order offers a 25% off LIST price discount.
If you are a Guaranteed library you are already on standing order for these titles at a 25% off LIST price discount. You only need to sign up for standing order if you would like an ADDITIONAL COPY of the publication.
If you are Select library and do not want to sign up for the Standing Order, these titles will always be included in Package Plan at the 15% off LIST price discount. You will not miss out on the title, but will need to order it when it becomes available.
The Property Tax Deskbook. The 2008 edition of this title was included in the September 2008 Package Plan. The 2009 edition will be included in the September 2009 Package Plan. The Standing Order would begin with the 2010 edition.
The Sales & Use Tax Deskbook. The 2008-2009 edition of this publication was included in the May 2009 Package Plan. The Standing Order would begin with the 2009-2010 edition.

Volume 26 No. 4 was the last issue of the IPL Newsletter from the ABA's Section of Intellectual Property Law.
Landslide, the newest magazine from the IP Section, was introduced in the Fall of 2008. It is included in Package Plan.

"A Century of Legal Ethics: Trial Lawyers and the ABA Canons of Professional Ethics" (PC 531-0388) was included in the 2nd August 2009 Package Plan mailing.
The Table of Contents indicates that the book has an Index. That is an error. The book does not contain an Index. 9/4/2009
The Formal Ethics Opinions, issued by the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility, are now available through the Package Plan. If your library would like to automatically receive the new Opinons when they are issued, and be invoiced by mail, please complete this form and return it to packageplan@abanet.org. The Opinions are only available in PDF format, they are no longer produced in print.
All of the Ethics Opinions are now Formal. The last Informal Opinion was 89-1530 issued in October 1989. 9/3/2009
The 2009 edition of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct (PC 215-0035) was included in the July 2009 Package Plan.
